All campuses at Paris ISD are proud to announce they will operate the Community Eligibility Program (CEP) under the National School Lunch Program and School Breakfast Program for the 2025-2026 school year. Schools qualifying to operate CEP serve breakfast and lunch to all children at no charge and eliminate the collection of meal applications for free, reduced-price, and paid student meals. This approach reduces burdens for both families and school administrators and helps ensure that students receive nutritious meals.

Program Discrimination Complaint Form which can be obtained online at:

632-9992, or by writing a letter addressed to USDA. The letter must contain the complainant’s name,
address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient
detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged
civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
