T. G. Givens Hosts Successful 3rd Annual Family Academic Game Night

T. G. Givens Early Childhood Center recently welcomed students and their families for its 3rd Annual Family Academic Game Night, and the evening was a tremendous success. The event brought together families, students, and staff for a night filled with laughter, learning, and meaningful connection.
A highlight of the evening was the opportunity for every family to take home a new educational game. Before families left, teachers took time to model and teach students and their loved ones how to play each game, ensuring everyone felt confident continuing the learning and fun at home. These games not only provide entertainment but also support important academic skills while encouraging family bonding.
The celebration continued with a special treat for attendees. Credit Union of Texas added to the excitement by providing a food truck that served warm meals to all guests. Families enjoyed sharing a delicious dinner together, leaving with full stomachs and grateful hearts.
The 3rd Annual Family Academic Game Night was more than just an event — it was a celebration of community, partnership, and the vital role families play in a child’s education. The evening showcased the strong collaboration between T. G. Givens Early Childhood Center and supportive community partners like Credit Union of Texas, all working together to create enriching experiences for students and families
