Paris High School Choir students showcased their talent at the All-Region Choir Auditions on September 19, earning numerous All-Region honors and advancing several singers to the next level of competition.

A total of 17 Paris High School students earned a place in the All-Region Choir, with 11 students advancing to Pre-Area Auditions.

In the Soprano section, Annistyn McCann earned 2nd chair and Ellie Schmidt earned 3rd chair, with both advancing to Pre-Area. Any’ah Gaines also earned a place in the All-Region Choir.

In the Alto section, Zephyr Spann earned 1st chair, Carly Farrell earned 2nd chair, Kaitlyn Hellmann earned 3rd chair, and Sage Roberts earned 12th chair. All four will advance to Pre-Area. Sarah McCauley also earned All-Region Choir honors.

In the Tenor section, Will Foreman earned 6th chair, Jakobian Burns earned 7th chair, and Ayden Dillard earned 11th chair, with all three advancing to Pre-Area. Jayden Vu was also selected for the All-Region Choir.

In the Bass section, Trace Ketron earned 3rd chair and Dayton Lloyd earned 8th chair, with both advancing to Pre-Area. Hayden Moore, Kaiden Ames-Cole, and Calvin Hamilton also earned places in the All-Region Choir.

The All-Region Choir Clinic and Concert will be held November 7 at Mount Pleasant High School. Students advancing to the next round will return to Mount Pleasant High School for Pre-Area Auditions on November 17.
